  1. Hey Diane - I don't know if you'll see this! But, I'm anxious to read your recipes and wanted to share how I make banana pudding. Do you have access to Jello pudding? The cooked kind, not the other.
    I put vanilla wafers in a one gallon kitchen plastic bag, and beat the living daylights out on it so it will have lots of 'crumble'
    I line a baking dish (I use glass) with 'whole' vanilla wafers
    I cut in small pieces about 3 or 4 bananas and place on top'
    Then I add the cooked vanilla pudding
    Add the 'crumbles' to the top
    Cook @ 350 for about 30-45 minutes
    I hope if you try this, you guys will like it.

    1. Thanks Sally, sadly I have no idea what jello pudding is so that puts a spanner in the works for me! I will have to track down a different recipe if I want to make banana pudding. I hope though that someone else will see this though who is able to get jello and enjoy your recipe. Take care Diane
