Green Bean Salad Cold

GREEN BEAN SALAD COLD

Serves 4
1/2 kg of fresh green beans

Dressing:
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 table spoons water
2 table spoons Olive Oil
1 large table spoon sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
pinch sea salt
1 tsp lemon juice
dash of garlic powder (to taste)
2 to 3 table spoons fresh chopped parsley
pinch of dried oregano
pinch of cayenne

Clean and rinse beans. Cut the ends off.
Boil the green beans in salted water for about 7 minutes.
Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Put beans in a bowl. Mix the dressing ingredients and pour over the beans. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
