Raisin Bread

2 cups self raising flour
2 tablesp margarine or butter
2 cups seedless Raisins or Sultanas
½ cup sugar
1 teasp salt
½ cup Sour milk or apple juice or milk for mixing.

Cream sugar and marge, add the flour raisins and salt. Add liquid slowly till dough is formed. Put in greased loaf tin, should be about ½ full.

Bake 20 mins at 160º C then a further 40 mins at 180º C

N.B. Shorten time if using a fan oven.
