STEAMED PUDDING
in the Microwave
(Not for slimmers!!!)
2 ozs Butter 56 gr
2 ozs sugar 56 gr
4 ozs self raising flour 112 gr
1 egg
6 tablesp Milk
Treacle/ I use Golden Syrup
Cream butter and sugar
Add egg
Add flour and milk
Pour treacle into base and around roll around the sides of pudding dish
Pour in mixed ingredients.
Cover with vented cling wrap
MW high 4 mins.
Can add cocoa or sultanas to main ingredients.
