Tuna Tart

TUNA TART  (Delicious and so easy)

Puff Pastry
1 thick slice of wholemeal bread
40ml milk
1 large chopped onion
1 tblesp parsley
1 x 200gr tin of tuna (drained and flaked)
250ml Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
Paprika
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Put aside ¼ of the cheese and the paprika. Mix all other ingredients together. Line pie dish with pastry (I use a non-stick spray first to prevent sticking). Put in the fish mixture. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and paprika. Bake 200º C for 30 mins. Serve hot or cold.

Note:  This is really good, I often make two at a time and freeze one.  Another recipe that came from South Africa. I have been making it for over 45 years and it still is a favourite. Diane
