Tuna & Cheese Bake
200gr fresh pasta
450 ml Tomato Pasta Sauce
2 tins tuna flaked and drained
25 g butter
25 gr flour
450 ml milk
110 gr Cheddar Cheese grated
40 gr grated Parmesan
1)Preheat oven to 220 C.
2)Cook pasta as directed on packet, drain well.
3)Heat pasta sauce until almost boiling then add tuna and pasta mix well. Pour into baking dish
4)Melt butter in a pan, stir in flour and add milk. Boil and keep stirring and just as it starts to thicken add 3/4 cheddar cheese and half the parmesan. Season to taste and pour over pasta.
5)Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top, place dish in oven on baking tray for 35 to 40 mins until cheese is golden and bubbling.
To make a change leave out the tuna and add a selection of steamed vegetables.
